Crystal Bowls


The vibration of the Bowls creates an incredibly harmonic Internal and External Sound Massage that can have a calming, relaxing and healing effect on the mind and the body.

 Rev. Heidi Peck of the Center for Spiritual Living Foothills leads group meditation sessions using the crystal bowls and gemstones to promote inner peace and well-being.   The tones of the bowls activate the various chakras.......

Crystal Bowl sessions are conducted weekly at 10:30am prior to the Sunday Celebrations at White Horse Black Mountain.  Guest practitioners of the singing bowls are invited to lead these 20 minute session which are free to the public (donations accepted)
